There are a bunch of different flavors of Crystal Light, such as
- Wild Strawberry: It's like a field of strawberries in your glass.
- Grape: Sweet and fruity, just like your favorite grape.
- Peach Mango: A tropical blend that tastes like summer.
- Citrus: Zesty and refreshing, like a burst of sunshine.
No matter which flavor you choose, they all contain the same amount of caffeine.
But wait, there's also another kind called Crystal Light Pure Energy. This is a little different in that it's sweetened with steviaand just a little sugar. It has 60 mg of caffeine for every 8 fluid ounces you drink.
Here's something to keep in mind: The older Crystal Light Energy used to have more caffeine-about 120 mg in a 16 fl oz drink, or 60 mg for each serving. But the newest packages you see in stores have the amounts we're talking about here. (Just check the label to be sure).
And just so you know, Crystal Light is part of the Kraft Heinz family. Kraft says their Crystal Light drinks labeled "Energy" do have some extra caffeine. For example, their Crystal Light Energy Wild Strawberry has 60 mg of caffeine in every 8 ounce serving you make. So it's a pretty good way to get a little energy boost without a lot of calories.
If you like Crystal Light Energy Mix, you might also enjoy trying Crystal Light Iced Tea, and Crystal Pepsi.
